This Home Inspires started out of a love for all things home.

I started with my bed against one wall. The read that it prevented proper Feng Shui and promptly placed it against the other wall. I relished in estate sales with my mother and was always on the lookout for beautiful furniture or paintings. Today, I have taken the next step of not only loving the interior design aspect of owning my own home, but I enjoy the ability to create things in my home of my own building skills.
From maximizing tight rooms, to designing functional spaces, my design is about practicality and livability first with a sense of design and style coming in close behind.
I discovered that I could custom build items for my home for way less than having it professionally hired out.
When I have a moment to feel inspired, here is where I will plant the seed.
